To copy fields, click 'Select a table' in the Smart Paste sidebar, choose your desired table, and then click 'Copy table to clipboard'. After that, paste the copied table into your spreadsheet. To extract formatted tables, import your table into Smart Paste, select the table header that matches the correct input field, and fill in your form by choosing the right entry.
